The S.T.R.A.N.D.™ Workshop bridges the gap between dermatology and cosmetology, giving stylists, barbers, and natural hair specialists the connections, knowledge, and confidence to provide clients with evidence-based care in the salon in partnership with dermatologists.

Led by board-certified dermatologists and licensed hair care professionals who specialize in hair loss, this workshop empowers stylists to serve as the first line of defense against hair loss, dermatologic concerns, and other health issues that manifest in the hair and scalp. By aligning the beauty industry with the medical expertise of dermatologists, stylists can play a crucial role in early detection, leading to timely diagnosis and more successful treatment outcomes.
