DERMATOLOGIC POP-UP SALON & RECEPTION
Join us for a day of pampering and education during our Your Scalp, Your Skin™ Health Activation, powered by the licensed cosmetologists and dermatologists of S.T.R.A.N.D. (Stylists Training, Researching, and Networking with Dermatologists). This pop-up will be held on March 27th at The Museum for Black Girls in the Denver Pavilions.
This two-part experience invites attendees to enjoy complimentary styling sessions, discussion panels, product ingredient analyses, and dermatologist screenings throughout the day. In the evening, invited guests will join us for an informative reception that highlights the importance of scalp health and showcases how dermatologists and cosmetologists are collaborating to provide treatments that integrate medical expertise with wellness practices in the salon.

Enjoy quick-styling sessions provided by master cosmetologists with experience on all hair textures. Complimentary blow outs, curl styling, twist styling, loc styling, and updo styling services available.

COMPLIMENTARY DERMATOLOGIST SCREENINGS
Access free non-diagnostic screenings with dermatologists experienced on a range of skin tones to learn more about scalp or skin concerns, and how to seek early treatment options.

COMPLIMENTARY INGREDIENT CONSULTATIONS
Decode the ingredients in your favorite styling or hair care products with our ingredient analyst, Anita Hill Moses. She’ll discuss product toxicity, clear up misinformation around natural ingredients, and share alternative options to support scalp health. Attendees are welcome to bring products with them for an in-person analysis.
